Kady, the Owner/Operator of Pacific Elite Nannies has been in the nanny industry for over two decades. Her experience affords her an inside view of the Nanny-Family life. Kady knows that a successful nanny-family relationship begins with matching nannies and families that compliment each other. She has a network of amazing nannies all over the world.
She takes a personal approach to understand your family needs and focuses on finding the perfect match for your unique situation. Our nanny placement services are customized to each family’s unique needs. We only recruit the best nannies who are genuinely invested in bringing joy and happiness to your home and supporting your child’s growth and development.
Once we receive applications and resumes, Pacific Elite will spend the next 1-3 weeks sorting through them and screening the right match for your family.
We will send you the top qualified candidates. After we find a few we think you would personally love, we will email you their profile which includes an online questionnaire, cover letter, resume and photo.

If all goes well on the paid trial day, we will go over job qualifications again, negotiate salary, create a work agreement, go over last-minute details and then offer the position to your nanny.
Once the nanny accepts the offer, we will perform the background check.
