We run our background checks through GoodHire. We perform the background check once the nanny has been hired by the client. By law, we cannot run a background check until you have offered your nanny a job. Our background checks include criminal history and driving records. Our nannies are also required to be TrustLine Certified which is also a law in the State of California.
