We send you the top qualified nanny candidates. After we find a few nannies we think you’ll personally love, we will email their profile created by the Pacific Elite Nannies team.
Suggested time frame for success: Review profiles and set up interviews within 24 hours. Offer trial days within 48 hours or less. Our nannies are actively looking for work and we would hate for you to lose out on one of our amazing candidates if they were to get offered a job elsewhere. We believe there is a right fit for every family, so we highly recommend you to spend some quality time interviewing each nanny.
Once you feel you have found your nanny and would like to schedule a trial date with one or a few, we will follow up with the both of you to discuss detailed information regarding the job. We will go through the hiring process with you
If all goes well on the paid trial day, we will go over job qualifications again, negotiate salary, create a work agreement, go over last-minute details and then offer the position to your nanny.
Once the nanny accepts the offer, we will perform the background check.
Your placement fee is due at this time. Your placement fee is 15% of the nanny’s annual salary.

Your involvement in the nanny placement process is crucial. We’ll work with you to determine the criteria and characteristics you’re looking for in a nanny, to place the right nanny for your family.
Fill out our family application to share your nanny preferences and childcare needs. You’ll describe the job responsibilities, childcare philosophies, and professional qualities you look for in your nanny.
During our first conversation with you, we will review your application and discuss these six important topics:
A non-refundable engagement fee of $500 is required to begin a search, with the remainder of the placement fee due when your new nanny accepts their job offer. The placement fee is one-time payment of 15% of the nanny's Annual Gross Income.
Currently, we are exclusively working with full-time placements. Current rates for professional nannies are between $30–$40+ per hour. Nannies are paid 52 weeks per year. If your nanny is available to work but you do not require their services, they should still be paid their normal wages.
You must be willing to pay your nanny legally.
You must offer typical nanny standard benefits— guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days, and mileage reimbursement.

We require our nannies to be legally employed, submit a W2, and be paid on payroll. We handle this for you using GTM and HomeWork Solutions. Nannies are professionals, and we treat their employment with respect and do all our work legally.
